
Meet Tony
Tony is a veteran with over two decades of service in the U.S. Army who is currently serving the community as a member of the Caddo Community Action Agency, Citizens Disaster Review Committee, and Veterans Celebration Committee. He holds many memberships such as the Odd Fellows of Shreveport, American Legion Post 450 of Shreveport, VFW Post 8180 of Bossier City, Disable American Veterans Chapter 30 of Shreveport- Bossier, the Shreveport NAACP Branch, and Shreveport SCV, to name a few.
My Story
Tony is a native of Caddo Parish where he was born in Shreveport and raised in Keithville. He attended Keithville Elementary Middle School (K-8) and Huntington High School (9-12). He grew up in a conservative family that has been in Caddo Parish nearly 200 years where family and religion were the foundation of his youth. The family, Williams/ Sullivan/Keith, boast a Justice of the Peace, Bishop, Masons, Odd Fellows, Farmers and Veterans from the Revolutionary War down to the War on Terror.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology (Magna Cum Laude), Ashford University, Master of Arts in Health Care Administration, Ashford University, Education Specialist (Ed.S.), Liberty University, and a Doctors of Philosophy in Education (h.c.), Kennedy University. He has been married over 18 years and have two sons and a daugther.
